Herbert was cooking a delicious Candle Light Dinner
warm salad with prawns, trout and fresh pineapple
second course: fried goat cheese with walnut honey dressing
main: mashed potatoes with horseradish and trout, cooked with herbs in aluminium foil

starter: asparagus soup with little northsea prawns

main course: potatoe cake, asparagus, veal, morel sauce
strawberry-rhubarb sauce, chocolat mousse and pancake filled with mascarpone creme
