in summer a big beergarden and at this time of the year a lovely Christmas Market Place

with our friends Sheilah and Mike on the Christmas Market in Waal

today we bought our beautiful christmas tree (2.15m)

The tree is now on the balcony till a few days before Christmas Eve, then I decorate it.
In our family the Christmas tree is not part of a Advents Decoration, so its tradition to light the tree first time on Christmas Eve.
At the moment it looks a bit askew (from lifting up to our flat) but when we put it up, it will be straight.

today we went to Kiefersfelden to celebrate my aunt Frieda 85th birthday and it startet to snow!
